Obama's lame duck session

I think that this is officially the beginning of the end for Obama's presidency.  He has tried every single Keynesian trick in the book to expand government, and its not working.  The more he spends and expands the size and scope of government, the more people are waking up to what it means for their lives and futures.  The economy is such a mess now that even people who voted for the guy are sick of him, and want something different.  He came into office promising to be something different.  A post-partisan president. But in office he has proven to be a hardcore liberal.  He has pushed bills thru like the stimulus and the repeal of DADT.  He has forced Obamacare on a nation that doesnt want it.  And now he has spent us into an inch of defaulting.  No one can deny that he tried all the most liberal things available, and now no one can deny that they have failed, and his presidency with it.

The debt ceiling is going to be raised again.  I don't understand how so many people can convince themselves, each other, and millions of people in the country that the best thing to do when you have spent too much money is to go ahead and spend a few TRILLION more!!!  They need to be held accountable.  This next election, unless something has changed with the economy, there is going to be a house cleaning!!
